We would like to inform you about our practices regarding the processing of your personal data that we process as BR Mağazacılık Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“BR Mağazacılık”) as “Data Controller” within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”).

 

This text only contains information about your personal data to be processed as the foreign dealer candidacy processes (“Overseas Dealer Candidacy Processes”) as you (i) our real person dealer candidates or (ii) real person or legal person dealer candidates' officials who have applied to become a BR Mağazacılık dealer abroad.

2. 2. To Whom and For What Purpose Can We Transfer Your Personal Data?

 

Your personal data,

 

• The information requested from us in order to fulfil our legal notification, declaration and audit obligations and other related obligations, to make legal/official correspondence, to handle legal disputes and to use our legal rights such as litigation and reply rights, the relevant authorized public institutions and organizations, court, prosecutor's office, law enforcement agencies. and other judicial/administrative authorities,

You can always apply to us regarding your rights in Article 11 of the Law regarding your personal data processed by us. You can submit your applications to BR Mağazacılık Ticaret Anonim Şirketi as the Data Controller by making a written application to the address below or by sending an e-mail from your e-mail address registered in our system. (We would like to remind you that the relevant request must comply with the conditions in the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller.)
